At least 138 people were killed in a blast in Sri Lanka’s capital Colombo and several other places.
Police say the number of deaths may increase.
The blast happened when Christian religions were celebrating Easter Sunday.
There were at least six explosions in three churches.
The churches that have exploded are located in Koccidade, Negombo, and Batticaloa.
The roof of the Saint-Sebastian church in Negombo, spread through social network, has been devastated and blood is spreading.
There were also explosions in three five-star hotels in the capital, Colombo.
These hotels are – Sangri La, Chinaman Grand and Kingsbury Hotel.
However, Reuters quoted the police as saying that more than 50 people were killed in the church of Negombo.
Chinnamon Grand Hotel is located near the Prime Minister’s residence.
Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena said in a statement that people should remain calm.
No one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
At least 200 people injured were admitted to the hospital.
Quoting Sri Lanka’s police, The Daily Mirror reported that the injured were among foreign tourists.
